Shipping policy

We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Estimated 8–15 business days after your order ships. Occasional customs or carrier delays can extend this slightly.

Multiple packages: If your order includes more than one product (for example the GlowPrep system together with the serum), your items may ship from separate facilities and arrive in two packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking link — if one arrives first, the rest is on its way.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
